SHIPPING FROM FRANCE WORLDWIDE

Orders placed on odkparis.shop site are processed Monday- Saturday 9 am to 5 pm GMT (excluding bank holidays) and are shipped 3 -5 business days from when the order was recorded in our system, pending payment authorization and verification. All orders are shipped using Express Delivery Service (DHL, UPS, SODEXI, CHRONOPOST, TNT …) , the fastest international cross-border postal product.

Express Delivery

Our delivery time and service may vary according the country of destination.

We will do our best to provide the fastest delivery. All our items will shipping from South of FRANCE, from our gallery.

1) Express Mail Service – is an express delivery service which connects more than 190 countries and territories worldwide.

2) A priority mail service –  is provided by the Post as their postal express service for documents and merchandise. EMS takes priority over other postal services.

3) Convenient – can be sent over 190 countries. The delivery network has the most customer access points in the world based on Office counters.

4) Largest delivery network worldwide – operators have the largest last mile coverage worldwide supported by the delivery network.

Weight restriction :

Each shipping will be less than 2kg (4.4 pounds). If an order exceeds this maximum weight of 2kg, the order will be split into two, tree, four or more to reach the maximum weight allowed.

Tracking order :
Each order will have a tracking number of N digits (e.g. EZ987654321XX) which is given to each Express shipment.

Shipment & delay :

If any delay occurs in the delivery, please take contact with the local operator.

Delivery Information

1. We will deliver the products to you in accordance with the delivery option specified at the time of order checkout.

2. If possible, we will deliver all products comprised in your order in one delivery.

3. We will deliver directly to the delivery address specified in your order. If we are unable to dispatch it due to a delivery address error, we will contact you. If we do not hear back from you within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

4. We cannot deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses. Deliveries are made to your door. We are not responsible for any additional carrying or positioning of products ordered.

5. Deliveries to workplaces, hotels, educational facilities, shared accommodation and/or self storage units – we will not be held liable for deliveries that are signed for by reception, concierge, flatmate etc. Tracking references are emailed to customers to monitor progress of delivery.

6. Parcels returned to us by Mail/Courier Services for the following reasons (list is non-exhaustive) will be refunded minus any delivery fees applicable.

a) Addressee gone away, inaccessible, unknown.
b) No access to property.
c) No such address.
